Online Ordering
You can order directly through our website by adding the
items of your choice to your shopping cart. For custom
orders, email or call us.
Payment
We prefer pay pal as the method for payment. However,
we do accept personal checks and certified funds. When paying by check,
or certified funds, your order will
not be processed until your funds have cleared the
bank. It takes
approximately 5-7 days for the clearing process.
If you pay by check and your check bounces, we will charge you an
additional $25.00
for a return check fee. Also, when you pay for your merchandise
by check or certified funds, you run the risk
of losing that item or items. That is because most items are one
of a kind. Because our
merchandise
is one of a kind, we operate on a first come, first serve basis.

SHIPPING
When you receive your order,
it will contain the merchandise neatly packaged and a
receipt of your purchase.
All orders unless
otherwise specified will be shipped via United States Postal
Service
(USPS).
Shipping is free if mailed in the United States. International
countries are excluded, as they will be required to pay
shipping costs. For shipping
costs to international countries,
please email your address to
briannasbangles@aol.com.
Orders are
generally sent out within 3-5 business days.
On holidays when
the post office is closed, your
merchandise will not be sent out until the next business
day. For those of you who
want to receive your merchandise immediately, Express
delivery
service is available upon request. If you request
this service, you will be
responsible
to pay the
entire shipping cost. To

Returns
If
you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it
providing you do so within 14 days from the time your
ordered the merchandise. You must also contact us in advance
via email:
briannasbangles@aol.com.
Be sure to explain your reasons for returning the
item. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking
fee. It is the customer’s
responsibility to ship the merchandise to Brianna’s
Bangles and Beads, LLC. Shipping charges are not
refundable. The item/items being
returned must be packaged in a manner that protects the
merchandise . If the customer submits the
return accordingly and we receive the
merchandise in good condition, we will give you a
refund less the restocking fee and shipping fees.
Sales Tax
We charge 6% sales tax for orders shipped to a Maryland
address.
Sales Term
Most of the merchandise sold by Brianna’s Bangles and
Beads, LLC is a one of a kind design. However, from time
to time,
there will be occasions when the item is ordered at the
same time by two or more customers, or before we can
replace the items on the website. When these occasions
arise,
we will contact you and let you know that the item is no
longer available and we will offer you an item that is similar.
Repairs
We
have a 100% guarantee for all merchandise providing you
make your claim within 120 days from the date of
purchase.
If
your merchandise is
defective, we will repair the merchandise free of
charge. However, it will be your responsibility to send the
merchandise
to us. Before sending the merchandise, please be sure to
contact us. At that time we will let you know where to
send the merchandise. If your
merchandise
needs to be repaired and it is after the 120 day grace
period, we will repair the merchandise for a flat fee of
$7.00 which will include the shipping charge. Please contact us
